There’s a song by Andy Grammer called Wish You Pain… I remember listening to this in the car with my kids and one of them said “Why in the world would you wish someone pain?! This song makes no sense!!!” It opened the door for this conversation you shared in the sermon ❤️🩹 I don’t really wish pain on people, but it’s often through the pain and brokenness that we find out who Jesus really is, why his sacrifice is so important, and know for certain our faith is real.

Thursday, 1/15WOMEN | Bible Study Kick Off
We are offering two different studies for our spring Bible study, and you choose what works best for you. "Walking with God in the Season of Motherhood" focuses on nurturing your relationship with God as well as with your children and the "Ecclesiastes" study reminds us that God is bigger than our unpredictable lives and hope is found in Jesus. Both studies will meet on Thursdays at 9 a.m. in the GBC sanctuary beginning January 15, 2026, and free childcare is provided.
